These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ep92. By accessing, registering on or using the ep92 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ep92 online sports betting and live casino platform, available at ep92.cam (the "Platform"). ep92 ("we", "us", "our") operates the Platform for adult entertainment purposes. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users and any other person who accesses or uses any part of the Platform.
The Platform provides sports betting markets (including cricket, football, UFC, kabaddi and other events), live casino games, slots and related services to eligible adult users. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any other translation or interpretation, the English version shall prevail.

| "Restricted Territory" | Any jurisdiction in which use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law, as notified to Users via the Platform from time to time. |
The Platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum age required by the operator or the applicable license jurisdiction — to register an Account or place any bet. Age verification (KYC) is mandatory. Persons who misrepresent their age will have their Accounts closed immediately, any pending transactions cancelled and any associated funds disposed of in accordance with applicable terms and regulatory obligations.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. ep92 does not represent or warrant that the Platform is accessible, legal or appropriate in any specific country or territory, including Pakistan. Pakistan has gambling restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and potentially other applicable laws. ep92 does not claim to be licensed, authorised, regulated or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial authority or any Pakistani financial institution.
Each User is permitted to hold only one registered Account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension, forfeiture of balances and permanent account closure , any pending bonuses and any winnings derived from activity conducted through additional accounts.
Accounts are for personal use only. You must not allow any third party to access or use your Account, place bets on your behalf or manage your Account activity. ep92 reserves the right to require additional verification at any time if there is reasonable suspicion of third-party account usage.
To register an Account, you must provide accurate, current and complete information as requested during the registration process. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. You must notify ep92 promptly of any changes to your registered details.
ep92 is required to verify the identity and age of all registered Users. You may be asked to submit copies of government-issued identification documents, proof of address and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in restricted account access and suspension of withdrawal requests.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password or any account access details with any other person. ep92 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify our support team immediately via live chat or by email at [email protected] (contact details provided as plain text — do not click).
The Platform is provided solely for lawful personal entertainment use. You may access and use the Platform, place bets and participate in available games provided you meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 and comply with all applicable provisions of these Terms.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:
Breach of any prohibited conduct provision may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and bonuses, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable law requires.
ep92 makes reasonable efforts to maintain continuous Platform availability. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party provider outages or events beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary service interruptions. ep92 will not be liable for losses claimed to arise from periods of unavailability.
ep92 offers betting markets across a range of sports including Pakistan cricket (domestic and international), PSL, ICC tournaments, international football, UFC and combat sports, kabaddi, tennis and basketball. Market availability is subject to change without prior notice depending on sporting schedules, data feed availability and operational decisions. Live in-play markets are available on selected events.
Odds are displayed in decimal format by default and are quoted in PKR equivalent. Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is accepted and confirmed. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet confirmation reference. ep92 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its reasonable discretion, including where there is evidence of a system or pricing error.
A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances, among others: the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being determined; there is a clear and material error in the odds or event listing; the bet was placed after the relevant event had commenced (where pre-match markets only were offered); or there is credible evidence of match manipulation affecting the relevant event.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and may vary by sport, event, market type and Account tier. Current limits are displayed in the Platform's cashier and betting interface. ep92 reserves the right to apply individual Account stake limits where warranted by risk management considerations.
Any dispute regarding a settled bet must be raised within 30 days of the relevant settlement date. Disputes raised outside this window may not be investigated. Please contact support via live chat or email at [email protected] with your bet reference and a clear description of the issue.
All bonuses, free bets and promotional offers available on the Platform are subject to individual promotional terms and conditions in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between specific promotional terms and these Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
Bonuses credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, maximum bet limits during bonus activity, game contribution rates and bonus expiry periods are specified in each promotion's individual terms. As an illustrative example only: a bonus subject to a 30x wagering requirement means the total value of the bonus must be wagered thirty times in eligible bets before withdrawal is permitted. These figures are examples only — refer to the live promotional terms for confirmed requirements.
ep92 reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reclaim any bonus, free bet or associated winnings where there is reasonable evidence of: bonus abuse; the opening of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; the use of low-risk betting strategies designed primarily to fulfil wagering requirements rather than for genuine wagering activity; or any other conduct that ep92 reasonably considers to be in breach of the spirit of the promotional offer.
Unclaimed or un-wagered bonuses will expire at the end of the period specified in the relevant promotional terms. Expired bonuses and any derived winnings that have not met the applicable wagering requirement by the expiry date will be forfeited without compensation.

Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. ep92 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Minimum deposit amounts and available payment methods are displayed in the Platform cashier and are subject to change. Payment method names familiar to Pakistani users — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may be referenced on the Platform as context; however, ep92 does not claim that any of these providers endorses, facilitates or is affiliated with gambling activity. Whether any specific method is available in the live cashier depends on operator configuration and applicable third-party provider policies at the time of transaction.
Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. All withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier. ep92 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing timeframes, as these are subject to third-party provider handling times, compliance review requirements and applicable regulations.
All balances and transaction amounts are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) on the Platform. Actual settlement currency may vary depending on the payment method and may be subject to conversion. Any applicable conversion rates or fees will be disclosed at the point of transaction where technically possible.
ep92 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Where KYC documents are not provided within a reasonable period after request, the Account may be restricted and funds held subject to applicable regulatory and legal obligations.

No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, reverse-engineered or otherwise exploited without prior written consent from ep92.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any rights to sub-license, resell or commercially exploit any part of the Platform.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ep92 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or the accuracy of any odds, data or content displayed.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ep92's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that User to their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ep92 shall not be liable for: loss of profits, revenue or anticipated savings; indirect, consequential or special damages; losses arising from system outages, data loss, third-party payment provider delays or events outside ep92's reasonable control; or any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform that is not confirmed in writing by ep92.
ep92 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its reasonable discretion, including — but not limited to — where: you have breached any provision of these Terms; there is suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or match manipulation; you have provided false information during registration or KYC; or a regulatory or legal obligation requires it. Where an Account is closed for reasons other than breach by the User, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not meeting applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to the User via an available payment method.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Account closure requests are typically processed within five business days. Any outstanding verified real-money balance at the time of closure (subject to completed KYC) will be processed for withdrawal per the standard withdrawal procedure.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its applicable licence. ep92 does not represent that these Terms comply with the laws of any specific jurisdiction in which Users may be located, including Pakistan. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with all applicable local, provincial and national laws.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any rights you may have under applicable mandatory consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction of residence.
ep92 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, ep92 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Users via the Platform, by email to the registered address or by a prominent notice on the homepage. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
The version date displayed at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last updated. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
